I had a pipe break the day before I was to leave town for a week; and of course it happened on a Saturday. I called my usual pool company and found out they are closed on the weekends. I called several other well known companies and everyone said they were too busy to help me. I called Certified Pool Pros and spoke with Billy, who calmly told me what to do to keep my pool from turning green while I was gone since I could not run the pump, and we made an appointment for the Monday I returned.
